This Privacy Policy describes how CarTrust Information Technology Company ("CarTrust," "We," "Us," or "Our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website, mobile application, or services (together, the "Service").

Personal Data
When you register or use certain features, we may collect: email address, first and last name, phone number, and address details.
Usage and Device Data
Collected automatically when you use the Service: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and unique device identifiers. On mobile devices, we also collect device type, unique device ID, mobile operating system, and mobile browser type.
Location and Camera Access
With your prior permission, we may collect your location, and photos from your device's camera or photo library, to provide vehicle inspection and evaluation features. You can enable or disable location and camera access at any time through your device settings.
Vehicle and Inspection Data
To deliver valuation, inspection, and VIN decoding services, we collect and process vehicle identification information (such as VIN, make, model, year, and trim), inspection photos, and inspection results. Inspection photos may contain identifiable individuals, license plates, or other identifying details. Such photos are collected, used, and shared as part of the Service in accordance with Sections 3 and 5 of this Policy, including for the purposes described therein.
We use the information described above to provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating valuation, inspection, and VIN decoding reports, processing payments, and responding to your inquiries.
We may also use your Personal Data and other information generated through your use of the Service — including in aggregated, de-identified, or derived form — to analyze usage patterns, train and improve our systems, algorithms, and models, and develop new or enhanced data products and services. Insights, models, and data generated through this process may be retained and used by CarTrust for its own business purposes, independently of any individual request or transaction, and are not the exclusive property of the individual to whom the underlying data relates.
We also use your information to comply with applicable legal obligations.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service. This includes:

CarTrust operates a vehicle intelligence platform that serves both individual users and enterprise clients (insurers, banks, financing companies, fleet operators, dealers, and government entities). As part of this, we may share and use information as follows:
- Aggregated and de-identified vehicle data (such as market pricing trends, vehicle population statistics, and risk indicators) is shared with our enterprise clients as part of our data intelligence products. This data is not intended to identify individuals.
- Individual inspection or valuation reports are provided to the party who requested them, for use in connection with that specific transaction. This does not limit CarTrust's rights, as described in Section 3 above, to retain and use the underlying vehicle and inspection data — including in aggregated, de-identified, or derived form — as part of our ongoing data intelligence products and services, independently of the specific report or transaction for which the data was originally collected.
- Service providers, such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and customer support tools, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, when required by Saudi law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CarTrust, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to your data.
We do not sell your Personal Data to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
